I have attached all the files you will require to see the detail for examples of 1 shortage for each ASIN B0054Y5T1C Not on PO but is on invoice, no cost price on VC(the cost price is against an unused Vendor code-and is a different price to on invoice) . 523800 is on there but says they were all received. - B0054Y5T1C Is not part of our assortment - 523800 is part of our assortment but ASIN is B01EANIX1A There does seem to be an issue with the model number, B005WUAJU4 Is on PO and invoice, stating only 1 received (I can only presume they have scanned the barcode of one of the pack and not scanned in each unit). No cost price for B005WUAJU4 on VC. - B005WUAJU4 (437033500) is not part of our assortment How do I resolve this and get the shortages back? Hi Karli, Regarding the issue you are explaining below, is not possible to receive a shortage for sku you are not delivered. It happens that AMAZON use in orders a wrong ASIN . Please do this check: 1. Check the shortage they have from wich Invoice number and P.O. came through .What sku have you delivered in this order? 2. Enter in the P.O. from Vendor Central to see the ASIN that came associated to the sku, and I am pretty sure that there was the “wrong” one associated to a sku active for you (for instance B0054Y5T1C associated with F523800 Giotto Turbocolor schoolpack). If you entre the 2 wrong ASIN in VC catalogue, can you see them and with a cost associated? The first and most important step to avoiding more problems is to ask Prity or live chat to deactivate the wrong ASIN´S (deleting Cost Price). You CS must be super aware in each P.O. checking to not accept any of the sku involved if the ASIN has come wrong. Please let me know. Why do we keep receiving these? Can you please address this issue as a matter of urgency as the amounts are large? Irene – this is the issue I was telling you about.
