On Shortage Claim 201668-201669SC, Amazon have deducted £270.90 for:
105 units of ASIN B00UTUNULW …. [Organza Ribbon 38mm x 20M Antique Gold]
We have carried a stock take out our side and we think Amazon are correct and that we did not ship this item. As we have 105 units extra.
However we think we have shipped 105 units of B07NGFDP7G which is [Organza Ribbon 25mm x 20M Antique Gold] as the stock level in our warehouse is exactly 105 units under for this item.
It is the same item, Organza ribbon, in 25mm instead of 38mm
Is there anyway you can check with Amazon to see if they received 105 units of ASIN B07NGFDP7G instead of B00UTUNULW on ASN 21261363183 shipped 27th October.
If yes can they return them back to us? or if Amazon want to keep them can we send an invoice?

Sure. I will check whether 105 units of ASIN B07NGFDP7G were received instead of B00UTUNULW.
This may take some time, as the PO team needs to coordinate with the FC, and responses from the FC team are usually not immediate.
I will keep you updated once I have more clarity. Based on the findings, I will request Amazon to create a return. If they are unable to create a return, we will proceed with disputing the shortage claim and check whether Amazon can match ASIN B07NGFDP7G with another invoice to clear the payment.
