Hi Hope you’re doing well. Happy New Year This is regarding the shortage claims 2I8OHYON/94241509, 84CGSARJ/94241511, 43FUGZUB/94241514, 2772KYMT/94241512, 6367US3U/94241510 and 3IU8DXMN/94241513. All of them have a due date of 28/2/2026. Hence, I will keep this ticket on hold until then and dispute these when the dispute option will be available. I have been advised by my warehouse that the below POs were sent back to us by Amazon: 4QK67R7M 4LRV53TZ 6367US3U 3IU8DXMN The last 2 POs are part of this shortage claim hence why I am emailing you here. These 4 POs were sent to Deeside. I can’t find anything on VC on why these were returned. Could you please look into this? Kind regards, Célie
