Hello Peter, I’m introducing to you, I am Clara the new assistant e-commerce, nice to meet you 😊 At this time, we have lot issue with Amazon because we opened a lot of cases and they are not making progress, despite our reminders. Each day I ask to the chat if our cases making progress and they said me “sorry for the delay, we will priorize your cases, it will be done in 24 hours” and nothing happen. Could you do something please ? Because some cases become urgent. The most important cases are in red.
