Hi Wake Team, we are currently analyzing the NotOnTime data on chargebacks of December 25. Hi thank you for filing this ticket. Unfortunately it is not within our current remit to support on any FinOps related issues (including chargebacks, shortage claims, POs, deliveries or invoices). I will speak with Jamie about this in our next meeting to see whether it would be possible to expand our engagement to cover these issues.
