Hi , Sharing support team response. I understand that you want to remove PT01 image for the ASIN B000JTMOVA. I'm sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced and we're committed to provide you required support. We acknowledge that you want this case to be escalated. As informed to you already, according to our internal imaging team, the current PT01 image cannot be removed as it has an environmental background. In Help › Images and video › Image variants: https://vendorcentral.amazon.de/hz/vendor/members/support/help/node/G8HQAHPDXA9ANPH4, it is mentioned that image variants show the product in use or in an environment, and display different angles and even product features. This is the reason why PT01 cannot be removed. You mentioned that you have uploaded an environmental image/replacement image i.e. PT02. Please note that it is a valid image but not a valid environmental image as it contains graphics/texts. The image is considered valid environmental image when the image shows just the product in use/in an environmental background. In your PT02, the text/graphics is prohibiting the system to publish it live as an environmental image and our imaging team is unable to override/delete as well. Hence, if you want the PT01 to be removed/deleted, you will have to upload a new environmental image which is just like the current PT02 i.e. without any text/graphics and only the product in use/in an environmental background just like current PT01.
